Cutoff time: 3:00 EST USA
Order Processing Time: up to 1 day (same day or next business day shipping)
Delivery Time: UPS Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days delivery
We use UPS for all outgoing shipments and USPS for all provided shipping labels
With a minimum order of $160, Outgoing and Return Shipping are free, as long as the return meets all rules in the Return Policy. For Return Shipping, you may use your own label, otherwise, a $16 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
Please use the original shipping box as your return box.
As soon as we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue a refund. If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you.
Please allow up to 5 days processing time to receive your refund.
