THANK YOU for shopping with us! We do our best to provide you with the most stylish and best fitting shoes you've ever owned, but we realize that sometimes they just don't work out. No problem!
If you're not quite ready to return, but have some concerns, please reach out to us via Chat by clicking on the chat icon in the lower right corner of this website.
If you need to return your shoes, please ensure they are in new condition and in the original box. If the shoes are used and you believe them to be defective, please contact us. You have 30 days, from the day you received them, to return them for a refund or exchange them for something else.
Return Shipping is covered by us as long as you meet the return requirements.
If you don't want to wait for an exchange, feel free to go ahead and order your new item(s), and we will issue a refund when you return your original order.
Please allow 5 days of processing time for you to receive your refund.
